Light my Fire is a brand spankin new outfit from ArisAris, ohmai its smokin huh?! You get the fantastic leather look pants, a beautiful camisole top that has a unique lacey back to it and the sharp biker inspired jacket. Its good lookin and very swish, I’ve been wearing this ensemble for two days runnin ! Lots of mesh sizes in the pack, fitted mesh,standard mesh and a brilliant fit for Slink Physique – which I’m wearing above.

I’m a great believer in lolling about, and this free bean bag with texture change is just dandy to do it in. Really nice leather effect texture and five colours to choose from. Its got female, male & couple poses too. Free to join group, you’ll find the beanbag right in the doorway on the left. If you hit the tp up to the Valentine store, there is another group gift – his sweet little gramophone player (it actually works) and table. I thought Id show the table even though I’m going to display my gramophone on its own – table is two prims, the player is just one. I bought a couple of items for V-day while I was there, I really can never ever resist what Amanda Dench makes – always a quirky pose here and there and always so low prim – gotta love it !

o.O its not often I post any coupley snaps is it? Well I couldn’t resist this bench from Dench Designs on a recent shopping trip – so Player was lurrrred into posing with me <3 I just adore this bench, its unashamedly for couples, although a couple of the poses are brill for singles also. Each pose rezzes little bits n bobs such as a couple of deer,  a mug of coffee, little birdies – and this pose above – a posy of flowers which is beautifully animated to sniff and admire.

I set my bench up in our newly made garden, bought some sweet planters from Lok’s to snazz the area up – really low prim and SO inexpensive! The doves are mine btw, and old purchase. The tree is actually joined onto the bench, so you get a great complete item. Ohhhh I haven’t mentioned the music have I ! – Gawd yes, you get three songs built right into the bench – smewchy ones of course . Volume control and selection of tracks in the menu.

There is even a little kissy pose – awww ! So adorable and its animated like a story – meet up, talk, touch,kiss – isn’t that just so cute?! Dench Designs has a new section just for Valentines day, lots and lots of pretties, some are transfer, some are not so be careful what you want is what you get . This bench is only $100L, steal!

Every Christmas for the last few years I have done most of my decor shopping at Dench Designs. Honestly, you’d miss a lot if you don’t go and take a peek at the Christmas area. Amanda Dench has really upped the anti each year and we are spoilt for choice yet again with low prim goodies packed with seasonal cheer, music and animations! This is not an expensive place to shop at all. If like me you like a good amount of Chrismassy sparkle you will find positively heaps here for not a lotta cash. Join the group (its free) and pick up this group gift sweet chair, crammed with poses for writing your cards, planning your shopping and of course jumping for JOY when Santa arrives! The chair rezzes the props for you (yes, even the Santa) I picked up loads of new items and spent such a small amount, it makes me feel such a spendthrift!

Sorry Ive not been around lately lovelies, had some famile issues to deal with (oh my naughty parents!) Light at the end of the tunnel hopefully – fingers crossed! Thanks to Zan who has kept the wagons rolling superbly ❤

You will have to dashhhhh to get this group gift from Dench Designs – it’s for January! The group is free to join and you just need to touch the board by the entrance to get yer mitts on it. So so so its a chair – 5 Li and rather pretty. Thats not all though – sit on it and you get a brill menu with allllll sorts of things to do! I’m noshing a bowl of warming soup above, but you can cuddle a kitty, chat on the phone etc also.

Some of the poses rez a big snuggly blanket over you , this has ooodles of colours & patterns to choose from if you click on it – brilliant huh? My calico cat is from OW, and is just 2Li and $9L, it comes in its own basket and a little dish of cream too ❤

Now “drum roll please” – I actually bought a structure/House *faints* , it’s not often I do lately but this really hooked me in when I saw it on the Mp. 3DL also have a store so you can go and see it in the flesh – or pop over to our Sim “Dreamworks” where I have left it up – feel free to wander inside and take a look. Anyhoo this is the “Rustic Dockhouse” its only 32Li and its a really lovely large space, for whatever you want to be doing on or around some water. Plenty of room (Read more...)

Ok you HAVE to get this truck! I mean, it’s not like I needed a truck, or really even wanted one – BUT – then I saw this at Dench Designs and suddenly – I did want a truck, I did neeeed a truck – infact I HAD to have this very truck! It’s totally delightful, vintage, shabby and cute. At just 5Li it wont snaffle up your prim budget , there is a doggy peering out of one window and an aged man driving – it even has the sound of the engine puttering. This is situated outside the front entrance to the store, no group to join just take – thanks Amanda ❤ (this item is free)

Dench Designs has a wonderful item out for the    hunt. You get this picnic table and the gazebo! Full of hidden delights as well, the table will load up with food & drink – as much as you want prims allowing of course. Table cloth is texture change as is the gazebo, you can also add fairy lights, fancy light bulbs and even RAIN! We always get rained out at our BBQ’s lol.

If you look really really hard you can see the rain around me, the food items are really nicely done and you get to wear them in certain poses. Brilliant gift – thank you Amanda<3 (cost is $1L so almost free! – Hint is “a stitch in time saves nine, better get sewing then”) My hair is new from Tableau Vivant and is called “teri”, you have an optional braid with it plus two versions of the style itself – I loved the “messy” one! Their birthday gift is really sweet as it goes with this hair – wont spoil the surprise.

Popped over to Dench Designs yesterday to see if Amanda had anything new for me to snap up (she always does!) and I noticed that the group gift had changed yippeeeeee! It’s a corker this month, this “shed” that isn’t really a “shed” is a fantastic piece of kit for your home. If you’ve ever wanted a little place to hang out and potter in make sure you grab it. So so so the basic shed with no additional decor is 9 prims, it has the couch inside all set up. Thennnnn you can get adding stuff inside and out – indeedy-doo – potting bench, hanging basket, lights,bunting and inside a stove, cat and dog,ceiling lights on a rope, drapes, guitar and on and on and on – its brilliant!

Naturally the more you add the more prims you use and that’s the awesome part – it’s up to YOU what you have out or not. The couch has male and female poses and I have to say – its such a lovely cozy place to sit and chill. Group is free to join, I stay in it as Amanda doesn’t spam with loads of notices.

When Zan said to come over and check this rental sim out I was there in a flash. Not often we see something that so awesome we call each other to see it! So I was sunk about 3 minutes later and had rented the lighthouse above. Yes, we do have our own sim but I often rent places out to blog or just because I really adore the surroundings – this worked on both counts. $400L a week, 200 prims and a sim of gorgeous locations to take photos – whats not to love!

Got busy rezzing out my gear from Dench Designs – love this picnic table and planty type bits and it didn’t make much of a dent in my prim allowance.

This is the central roundabout, so pretty and plenty of places to park your arse and enjoy the view.

When Zan said it had “so many different types of home” to rent she wasnt kidding. Anything from a Lighthouse, a motel, brownstones, cozy little bungalows and more. They all seem to be $400L a week. I didn’t get a group join when I rented but I was able to place my gear. I sent a message to the owner and a few hours later the group tag arrived. I’ve put the rental office landmark below, although I didn’t see a way to teleport to the homes (?) I just walked about and found what I wanted.

I always head straight to Dench Designs before Halloween – always such a brilliant selection of decor on offer at such reasonable prices. I bought a couple of things for my home then headed upstairs to see what other spooktacular pieces I could find – and I found the best ever FREE gift! This innocent looking patch of trees and greenery is awesomely grizzly! I actually chuckled out loud as I tried them out. I’m being gobbled up by a tree stump above…

.. and here a little girl rotates with creepy music playing – always sends a chill down my spine (my animation is a fearful shake) it’s just fantastic fun ! The sound and particle effects are great and it rezzes things that go with each pose (if applicable) Group is free to join btw. The LM should land you right outside the store’s front door.

Update: Take the teleport up to the Halloween section – then find your way up to the second level of Halloween goods – the FREE group gift is on the central plinth – FREE to all group members .

Love love love this new Laundry set by Dench Designs! Heaps of dead cute animations that allow you to sort the laundry, place it in the washer or dryer, iron the clothes afterwards, hand wash – and even a naughty sit on top of the washer !

The set lets you choose how much of the decor you want out – I’m showing it all but you don’t have to have everything out. Some animations rez props – such as the ironing board, clothes line etc, as soon as you change animations they go POOF! Absolutely brilliant fun and only $120L *faint*. All set up for you to have a play with in the store.

I’ve been whizzing around doing the Caspervend Easter hunt – its loads of fun and totally free ! Just hit the sing at any participating store and you will receive the hunt Hud and a nifty basket with eggs inside to wear. Lots of new-to-me stores but of my old favourites too. I was dead excited to get over to Dench Designs – Amanda is always so generous with her hunt prizes and this time was NO exception! If you find the egg here you will get this fantabulous shed / greenhouse. Now if you’re British you will know what an allotment is for sure – I have one ! This greenhouse is SO like the one I first had when I begun – LOVE it!

Hop on a chair or a bench and you’ll find heaps of animations for tending plants, making tea & butties and potting up! The really neato thing is you can also add a gazillion items via the menu – such as a bunny, a chicken, hose, wheelbarrow and more. Thanks Amanda

Oh yay a gift from Dench Designs – I trotted over there to snap it up as soon as Amanda’s notice came through! Such a generous prize, everything above included , great animations for singles and couples and friends. The really brill thing is that it isn’t hard linked – meaning you can utilise what you want. Billy no mates like me? – no worries just rez the fire and a stool or lounge on a log using the single poses. Its all verrrrry low prim so even if you’ve got the whole lot out its no biggy. Texture change for colours on the seating so you can fit it in around your existing decor – Thanks Amanda!

Hint – Windchimes are a summer sound – uhm I think it was that !

Yippppppee ! Dench Designs has a new group gift for you – word of warning though – you wont want to leave it – ever! This is the beach hut, free to group members and the group is free to join. It’s just fantastic – seriously – I set mine up on my faux beach and felt so relaxed with the sound effects playing (you can turn them off if you prefer) Packed full of fahhhhbulous poses in the deck chairs, the couch, the kitchenette, the dining area and even ON THE ROOF ! I love the set up of Dench’s items – you can rez as much or as little of the props as you like – I haven’t rezzed the lights or the fire-pit above – there is lots to play with !

Here is a little taster – but head over and grab your own copy. It’s a proper little beach hut – the windows can be closed and a sheer curtain gives you some privacy if you pull it across. Of courrrrse you also have a choice of fabrics for the hut, the couch, and even the table-cloth – READ the information note to get the best out of it. I might decide to stay here for the whole summer Thank you Amanda.

Ohhh there is a hunt on atm also – The Silk Road – great prize if you find it – hint right by the front entrance.

Ohmydays – I’ve never watched SO much footy ! It’s no secret that I adore football – Player is always shocked by the amount I am willing to attend and watch on TV – He says it’s not “normal” for a chick – but then he is an Italian and here in England I think us ladies love the beautiful game as much as , if not more than, the guys Anyyyywayyy Amanda Dench has just given out this free gift in her group – brilliant as ever!
